Here are some good questions and curated activities to building on the foundations that you laid in looking up and cultivating a lifestyle of knowing, loving and walking with the Lord.

Good Questions:

• How are you doing in your devotional life?

• What has the Lord been speaking to you, and how are you responding?

• How are you abiding in Jesus throughout the day?

• How can I/we spur you on in this area of discipleship?

Curated Activities:

• Pick a book of the Bible to study as a group.

• Practice through the Alone With God workbook and try a new tool from it each week.

• Read Live Dead Joy or God is My Hiding Place devotional together.

• Pray together in the House of Prayer

• Practice through Tending Your Heart curriculum together.

• Read Brother Lawrence’s book Practicing the Presence of God together and talk about abiding with God throughout the day.

• Read Richard Foster’s Celebration of Discipline together and practice incorporating different spiritual disciplines in your life to help you abide in Christ.

• Use John Wesley’s list of 22 accountability questions as a primer to create your own accountability questions as a group.

• Receive freedom prayer ministry

• Memorize the Sermon on the Mount and/or Galatians 5

• Read Bitter Free by Mark DeJesus together

• Do Freedom Fight together.

• How are you being salt and light in your sphere of influence?

• Who are you discipling (investing in), and how can I help you with that? Who are they investing in?

• Who are you reaching out to that does not know Jesus, and how can I help you?

• Do Roles & Goals together

• Read Business Revival by Brandon Haire together

• Read Passion and Purpose by Jimmy Seibert together

• Serve in a disciple-making ministry team together.

• Spend time praying for the disciple-making efforts of the group members.

• Spend time praying by name for those who don’t know Jesus.

• Set a goal as a group for sharing your faith.

• Go on a mission trip together or serve in an evangelistic ministry together.

• Start a Lifegroup or Discipleship group together
